At Canadian Custom Apparel, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality, made-to-order products tailored to your specifications. To ensure clarity and transparency, please review our Returns Policy for webstore orders:

No Returns or Refunds

All webstore orders are custom-made to order and therefore cannot be returned or refunded. As we do not hold stock or inventory of these items, each product is created specifically for the customer based on their selection.

Sizing

To assist with selecting the correct size, detailed size charts are provided for every product on our webstore. It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review these charts before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or replacements for items ordered in incorrect sizes.

Color Variations

Please note that while we strive to represent colors accurately, variations may occur due to screen settings or fabric dye lots. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for dissatisfaction with the final color of the garment or item.

Exceptions

The only exception to this policy is if a manufacturing defect is identified (e.g., incorrect sizing or production issues not aligned with the size chart or product description). In such cases, we will work with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.
